About Rise & Shine
Rise & Shine Aircraft Detailing provides aircraft surface and cabin care in Saint Lucia, with airport service by arrangement and subject to access. In these terms, ‘Rise & Shine’ refers to the business providing the agreed service. The contracting party’s full legal name and contact details must be identified in the quotation or service agreement before acceptance.
These website terms explain how enquiries and service arrangements work. The approved quotation or separate service agreement sets out the terms of a particular engagement. Neither document removes rights or obligations that apply by law.
Using this website
Use this website to learn about services, ask questions and submit genuine enquiries. Please provide accurate information and use only information you are entitled to share. Do not attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material, interfere with the website or use enquiry forms to send unsolicited promotions.
Service descriptions are general information. Aircraft suitability, availability and current pricing must be confirmed directly. If something appears inaccurate or unclear, please ask before relying on it to arrange work.
Services and agreed scope
Services represented on this website include interior and exterior aircraft detailing, dry aircraft washing, carpet and upholstery care, leather care, polishing, paint correction and tailored service plans. Availability and suitability depend on the aircraft type, condition, materials, location and the scope agreed with the customer or authorized operator.
Detailing is surface and cabin care. It is not presented as approved aircraft maintenance, an airworthiness inspection or a certification service. Any maintenance or certification requirement must be addressed through the appropriate authorized personnel.
From enquiry to confirmed booking
Submitting an enquiry, receiving a reference or discussing availability does not create a confirmed booking or service contract. An enquiry requests information or a review of the proposed work. A preliminary estimate is an indication based on the information available; a formal quotation records the proposed scope, price and relevant conditions.
An engagement is confirmed only after the parties agree the scope, quotation, schedule and booking requirements. Any additional work or change in price must be agreed before that work proceeds.
Pricing, deposits and payment
Pricing follows assessment of the aircraft type, condition, work intensity and services requested. Once the scope, quotation and schedule are confirmed, a deposit secures the booking. The remaining balance is payable upon completion, subject to the approved quotation.
The quotation should specify the deposit amount, currency, applicable taxes or other agreed charges, payment method and any particular payment conditions. Confirm these details before paying. These website terms do not impose a deposit percentage, late-payment penalty or non-refundable deposit policy.
Scheduling and operational access
Arrangements depend on aircraft availability, airport or facility access, required authorization, airside procedures, safety restrictions, weather and coordination with the owner or operator. Please identify access requirements and the relevant operational contact when arranging work.
If an operational constraint affects the agreed work, the parties should communicate promptly and agree a safe, practical next step. A circumstance outside a party’s reasonable control does not remove responsibilities that party has accepted or any obligations imposed by law.
Aircraft care and expected results
Methods and products should be selected with regard to applicable manufacturer recommendations, material compatibility and agreed operational procedures. Areas requiring special treatment or restrictions should be identified before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope requires separate approval.
Results depend on the condition and history of the surface or material. Detailing cannot guarantee removal of every stain, scratch, defect or sign of wear. Any significant limitation identified during assessment should be discussed before the relevant work proceeds. No manufacturer approval or regulatory certification is implied by these terms.
Customer and operator responsibilities
You may enquire as an owner, operator or representative. Before authorizing work, confirm that you have the necessary authority and provide accurate aircraft, location and service information. Arrange access and disclose known damage, surface treatments, material sensitivities and relevant safety or operational restrictions.
Agree how valuables, personal belongings, documents and sensitive equipment will be removed, secured or protected. Identify areas that must not be accessed or treated. These responsibilities do not transfer responsibility for Rise & Shine’s own work to the customer.
Changes, cancellation and rescheduling
Contact Rise & Shine as soon as a requested change, cancellation or scheduling difficulty becomes known. Any revised scope, price or date should be agreed before proceeding.
Cancellation, rescheduling and any deposit-refund conditions must be disclosed and agreed as part of the booking arrangements, subject to applicable law. No fixed cancellation window, automatic forfeiture or cancellation charge is created by these website terms.
Service concerns and responsibility
If you have a concern about the work, contact Rise & Shine with the booking or enquiry reference, a description of the issue and relevant supporting information. Raise a safety concern promptly with the responsible aircraft operator as well. The parties should review the agreed scope, aircraft condition and available evidence and discuss an appropriate resolution.
Pre-existing damage and limitations of the agreed service are relevant to that review, but do not automatically excuse damage caused during the work. These terms do not exclude responsibility for negligence, impose a liability cap, remove mandatory consumer rights or require you to waive a claim for aircraft damage. Any engagement-specific allocation of responsibility needs separate agreement and appropriate legal review.
Photographs, confidentiality and security
Aircraft registration details, customer identities, cabin contents and operational information can be sensitive. Share only what is needed to assess and perform the service, and identify any confidentiality, photography or access restrictions before work begins.
Any photographs needed to document condition or completed work should be agreed with the appropriate owner or operator. Permission to carry out detailing is not permission to publish aircraft images, registration details or customer identities for promotion. Promotional use requires appropriate separate authorization.
Website content and intellectual property
Original website text, branding, images and other materials belong to their respective owners or are used with permission. You may view the website and share links to it. Obtain permission before reproducing protected materials for commercial use, and preserve any applicable attribution or third-party rights. This does not restrict uses permitted by law.
Privacy and communications
The Privacy Notice explains how enquiry information is handled. Service communications concern your request, assessment, booking and delivery arrangements. Submitting an enquiry is not agreement to receive unrelated marketing messages. Any optional marketing permission should be requested separately.
Applicable law and resolving disagreements
Rise & Shine’s stated service location is Saint Lucia. The law applicable to a particular engagement depends on the contracting parties and the circumstances of that engagement, including any valid agreement and mandatory protections.
Please raise a disagreement directly so that the parties can attempt a practical resolution. These website terms do not impose exclusive court jurisdiction, compulsory arbitration or a waiver of mandatory rights. Any governing-law or dispute-resolution provision in a separate agreement should be reviewed for the relevant jurisdiction before acceptance.
Updates and contact
Approved updates will be posted on this page with their effective date. A website update does not, by itself, vary an already accepted quotation or service agreement. Any change to an existing engagement must follow the applicable agreement and law.
