Aircraft detailing is not a one-size-fits-all service. Two aircraft can require very different levels of work depending on aircraft type, condition, location, access, service and presentation requirements.
1. Your aircraft type
Start with the aircraft make and model. This gives us an immediate understanding of the general aircraft size and allows the request to be reviewed in the right context.
If the aircraft registration or tail number is available, include it as well. It is useful, but it does not need to prevent an initial enquiry.
2. Where the aircraft is located
Tell us where the aircraft will be when the service is required. For airport-based work, access and operating requirements can affect how a service is planned.
Providing the location early helps us consider these practical details before confirming timing.
3. The service you need
You do not need to know every technical detail before contacting us. Simply tell us what you want to achieve: interior detailing, exterior detailing, combined care, paint correction or polishing, carpet and upholstery care, a dry aircraft wash, or an assessment because you are unsure which service is appropriate.
If more than one service is required, include them together.
4. The current condition
A short description of the aircraft’s condition is extremely useful. Tell us about visible dirt, staining, heavy cabin use, exterior presentation concerns or areas requiring particular attention.
Photographs can help when available. They do not replace an onsite assessment where one is required, but they can make the initial conversation more productive.
5. Your preferred date and timing
Tell us when you would ideally like the work completed and whether the timing is flexible. This helps where aircraft movements, airport access or other operational considerations need to be coordinated.
6. What matters most to you
You may be preparing for a passenger flight, returning an aircraft to presentation-ready condition, improving the cabin environment or addressing exterior appearance. Tell us what outcome matters most.
What happens after you submit a request?
Rise & Shine reviews the information and follows up to confirm the required scope, availability and next steps. Pricing is determined after aircraft type, condition, work intensity and exact work have been considered.
Once the service and quotation are confirmed, a deposit secures the booking. The remaining balance is paid after completion.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before contacting us. Start with what you know. We can take it from there.
